Babra Irakiza is a dynamic Human Resource & Organisational Development Professional and Certified Transformational Coach with over 15 years of leadership in Uganda’s public sector, specialising in strategic human capital management, policy formulation, performance management, organisational transformation, leadership development, and gender & equity mainstreaming.

As Head of Human Resources at the Uganda Law Reform Commission, she designed the HR Policy Manual (2012, 2019), pioneered Gender Mainstreaming Guidelines (2021) increasing compliance from 35% to 75%, drove Balanced Scorecard adoption and performance reforms, authored policies on anti-corruption, HIV/AIDS, and communication, and serves as super user/trainer for the Government’s Human Capital Management System. She also contributes as training coordinator at GEM Business Consults, trainer at Tabita Initiative Africa, mentor with G4G, part-time leadership instructor at FUFA (U), and volunteer coach with Precision HR.
